Discounts:

• 10% – loyal customer  
• 10% – for a charter of at least 7 days
• 5% – Large Family Card

• by submitting the completed online booking form from our website 
• by telephone on +48 603 846 199 

Once you have selected and agreed on the yacht and charter dates, you will receive two copies of the contract setting out the terms of the charter and payment.

The final confirmation of the contract and charter booking is when we receive one signed copy of the contract and the prepayment (up to 40% of the charter value) has been credited to our account.

Cancellation policy:

• up to 60 days before the start of the charter – a handling fee of 50% of the payments made will be deducted
• less than 60 days before the start of the charter – the deposit paid will be deducted 
• For customers who are unable to go on the agreed charter due to unforeseen circumstances, we allow the paid charter to be used on a different date, subject to prior agreement
